Currently I am a Research Scientist in the School of Earth and Space Exploration and former Exploration Fellow at Arizona State University. I primarily study exoplanets as a tool for understanding terrestrial planet diversity in the Universe and determining the likelihood of an exoplanet to be habitable to life as we know it. My work combines observational astronomy with geochemical and geophysical modeling to address these questions as well as the more general question "Is the Earth special?" in both our Solar System and in the Universe as a whole.
